You may take possession of your order either directly at the store, or we will deliver at the address of your choice. Delivery times include the packing and sending delays.
8. Guarantee and refund
If you are not 100% satisfied with the delivered products, JCL Cartier orchestration promises to exchange or give you a refund for the price paid for the product, as long as the products are returned in their original package accompanied by the corresponding delivery document, within 10 days after delivery. Delivery charges remain the customer's responsibility. Delivery charges for any products sent back to JCL Cartier orchestration will be paid by the customer.
